Lazarus House Food Pantry
Many of you may not be aware that St. Anns
Rectory has a Lazarus House Food Pantry. The needy
(numbers are rapidly growing) can come to the Glenwood Avenue
School Yard Trailer to receive a bag of groceries on a weekly
basis. What they receive is not anything extravagant, but more
like the bare necessities ie....soup, cereal, bread, peanut
butter, pasta, sauce, etc.
Suggestions of non-perishable food items:
Canned Tuna
Soups
Juice/Juice Boxes
Canned Fruit and Veggies
Jarred spaghetti sauce
Pasta/Noodles
Cereal
Crackers
Peanut Butter
Jelly
Cookies
Powdered Milk Packets
Canned Pasta such as Beefaroni, Ravioli, Spaghettios
CANNED MEALS such as Beef Stew, Chili, some also come with
Chicken in a can
Snacks that children might like
